Fractional CTO / CPO
Two days a week of senior ownership: roadmap, architecture, hiring, and the technical story for your board and investors.
01 / Studio
MWT Labs is an AI lab and product studio run by Gisel Armando
The studio
We build software products for children and their families.
First out: Logan - a speech-therapy app for four to six year olds, Wildlings - a creature-collecting game built for kids to learn about natural sciences, and Stoa - a Socratic tutor for eight to sixteen year olds.
The consultancy
Alongside building studio products, I work with small teams as a fractional CTO and AI product architect: set the architecture, unblock the team, make the calls, then hand it over clean.
02 / What I do
02.1
Two days a week of senior ownership: roadmap, architecture, hiring, and the technical story for your board and investors.
02.2
Where the model belongs in the product, what it costs to run, how it fails, and what you owe your users when it does.
02.3
Cover for a gap or a scale-up push. I hold the team steady, ship the current quarter, and brief whoever comes next.
02.4
I take a product from a blank page to a first working version: the model, the product surface, and the pipeline in between. I can also embed as a forward deployed engineer — in your stack, with your users, until it ships.
03 / In the lab
A speech-therapy app for children aged four to six, Spanish-first and bilingual, launching in Spain. iOS and Android, with pronunciation assessment running server-side. The studio's first product.

See the product pageA Socratic tutor for children aged eight to sixteen. It answers with a question, refuses the work a child should do themselves, and shows the parent the actual words. Voice-first, on the phone and on kids' smartwatches.
