Gisel Armando

I am a product engineer and AI lead.

A first generation digital nomad, and software engineer, currently based in Madrid - over the last 12 years I have lived in the UK and have grown my career to the roles of CTO, Head of Tech, technical head of product, and as of latest, AI product architect for UK/EU companies — mostly the same job at different stages: building products from zero to one, then hiring and growing the team around them, and coming into small teams already in motion to assess where things stand, make the product and technical decisions, and lead the team through them.

MWT Labs is the studio I run that work through.

The studio also builds products drawing from my own needs and experiences as a mother - focused on children and their families.
